Fur/Tail: Clawhauser has a long yellow tail with brown spots and stripes the stripes are located near the tip of his tail, yellow seperating the stripes and stops where the tip becomes brown as well.

Clothing: Clawhauser is seen wearing a blue police shirt and pants, with a black belt and a black tie, with a police hat, his sleeves end where his wrists are and his pants end where is ankles are.

Overview: Clawhauser is an overweight, (obese) fairly tall cheetah, his belly bulges out and his cheeks are oversized. His arms are also fairly plump, some say he has a heart as big as his belly. (Quote from voice actor)


Personality

Personality Description:
Benjamin is a nice, loving, and fun cheetah, he loves little ones and is a friend to anyone. He shows kindness and only wants the best for everyone. He is also a clumsy wreck and can be seen eating almost every hour of the day. If he sees something cute he'll immediately react to it, outside of work he is usually "fangirling" over Gazelle. He always has a smile on his face no matter what, only time he wouldn't is when someone gives him a horrible sterotype.(i.e in the movie where they moved him because he was a predator) he has slight of a fatherly figure after his father. Because of Mindy bullying him a lot when he was younger, he is always on the look out for her, a bit paranoid of meeting with her. (If he were to meet Kamaria he probably won't be so paranoid.) He has a life on the (internet?) and is in love with a game that has to do with tiny creatures and catching them with a tiny ball. He spends his weekends playing games and eating, which of course make his belly grow even more. Although he does play games he is sure to sleep everyday no matter what so it doesn't make his personality go haywire. He's very loveable and never wants to cause any trouble with any animal in Zootopia. He tries his best to help the ZPD at all times, sometimes he can be a little bit too loveable, although it never really hurts anyone, it could possibly annoy someone in the slightest.

History

History:
Clawhauser was bullied as a kid, although he had a good heart/soul, no one was accepting of his little chubb-chubb. He gave teachers gifts every holiday and was nice to everyone, he ate a lot, a lot-a lot, and was stereotyped as a fat-cat (or cheetah, but you get the point) he made a friend named Kamaria, who was almost as nice as he was, she was very accepting of him and even bought him his favorite cake for his birthday! When Benjamin was bullied, she stood up for him. All that changed when he had to move to Zootopia, he told Kamaria it was because his parents got a promotion there, but the only promotion that his parents got, was death. The reason behind their death was because a bear had killed them. He  was caught and was sentenced to a death sentence. He now lives with his Aunt in the City of Zootopia, he wasn't bullied as much there, but he still missed his friend, Kamaria who was stuck in Sahara Square. After school he became a receptionist at the ZPD, he was often eating there, he forgot about Kamaria, but he never forgot that someone, just someone had stood up for him, and he wants to know who that is, maybe soon, he will see that someone...
Roleplay Sample: Clawhauser was muching on some snacks, the usual; donuts, cereal, and a new thing, cinnamon rolls. His tail was waving happily in the air, with a huge dorky smile upon his face. He chuckled softly, then all of a sudden, Bogo and a tiny, little pup came through the door, he saw the pup and instantly brought his paws up to his face, mouthing the word 'aww!' Once he saw her hide behind Bogo, his smile got wider, as he purred.

You've got a good start here! There's just a few notes that need to be addressed before I accept this app:

1. The personality description, as noted in the application form, needs to be at least 200 words; try expanding on what you have, and maybe filling in details beyond what we may have seen in the movie.
2. The history is slightly under the minimum as well, but in that case, I'm more concerned about detail than exact numbers. Where did he live before moving to Zootopia? How did his parents die?
3. "District" should refer to a neighborhood within Zootopia.
