He keeps it generally soft and clean. The exception to his uniform length of is the mane that is common for his species. He keeps his particularly lush and cared for, as well as keeping it on the longer side. He uses this naturally long hair, which already had a tendency to stick out, to make a statement himself. He often dyes the hair, generally a bright blue color, just to stand out. The natural color of this mane hair is his base tan color with darker brown tips to it. Blue is not at all naturally occurring on him. Even without styling it tends to stick up, but he is obsessed with making it perfect. He also dies in some facial hair just to be unique quite often, although for fancy events he might actually skip the dye entirely.
Marking wise, his muzzle is a darker brown which comes up over his eyes as well. He has striped vertical cheek markings of multiple shades of the medium brown colors. There are faded spots above and to the outside of his eyes as well. His ears are mostly the darker brown. His chin without any dye is also the darkest color brown he has, as is the front of his throat and into his chest area. There is a light tan separation under his chin and into his cheeks a bit. His arms and legs have smaller horizontal stripes and somewhat spotty markings, his hands darker with light tan finger tips. His legs and paws are the same kind of pattern. His tail is not too long, but the fur on it is some of the longer fur on him. The base is darker and faces to a the light dusty color again.
Clothing: Kelor likes to dress fairly nice. His standard includes a button up shirt (which varies in color depending on the event, his mood, and his current hair color), a tie which also depends on the shirt color, and a nice vest for a little extra class. He almost always rolls up the sleeves on his shirt though as he does not like his arms entirely covered for work. He has a tendency for wearing slightly more loose pants but still clean. He has a bit of jewelry, with an earring in his left ear and two stud earrings in his right. He tends to wear at least one ring outside of work. On relaxed days around home he wears t-shirts and such to just be comfy, but doesn't mind dressing up to go out at all. When he does wear t-shirts they are never baggy and he will do anything to keep from looking sloppy. Generally in colder districts he is very careful to be sure to have an adequate coat as he was born and raised in the desert district.
Overview: The hyena has unusually blue eyes which he finds are a unique characteristic that adds to his look entirely. He's not a large canine, finding himself in the middle of the scale. There are plenty of mammals bigger than him and plenty smaller, leaving him in a fairly good position. He's not too worried about being stepped on and squished as many would be, while also not being so large as to be super likely to miss seeing most smaller animals. His ears a a medium size for his head and pointed, with a tendency for the tips to curve downward slightly. He has fairly long limbs and while not super strong he is quick and has a confident look about him. For his job as a bartender he is sure to add a lot of flare to his movement and that passes on through his whole life as he likes to show off his coordination and ability. His fingers are particularly strong. He has blunt claws, and a dark nose.
Personality
Personality Description: Kelor is well known as being wild and social. He will talk to anyone even if they don't want to talk and he seems to have no clue when he should keep his mouth shut. He never quite grew up in some ways with constantly talking and and his energetic personality. Still to this day the hyena is a show off and will take any dare. He gives off a general image of being fearless and up for anything which gets him invited to many parties and events. He seems impossible to embarrass, as Kelor will do almost anything to get a reaction from people. His willingness to try anything has made him popular with guests and his bosses, as well as his friends. Confidence is something that Kelor seems to have a lot of and no shame in showing. He holds his head high even when he's wrong, and he definitely is even more confident when he knows what he is doing. As long as he is seen as happy, friendly, and unusual he is happy.
He talks a lot and speaks his mind but at the same time he is also very good at listening. He has found a balance in his work between showing off and talking and listening and really paying attention to other mammals. He knows he is there for a fun time, but in the slower shifts he has found that many are around to escape from troubles at home. Something he has experience with and with his love for other animals he wants to help. He will talk about anything and he is never one to diminish the problems of someone else even if inside he wants to roll his eyes at the trouble. At the same time he is honest. Lying has just never been something he was good at or wanted to be. Kelor is decisive and very difficult to sway from his opinion. He would rather be confidently wrong and brutally honest than unsure of himself or lying his way out. He may look and act like a crazy young party animal on the outside but he values honesty, respect, and hard work.
Through his family struggles as a child he found a hatred for conflict and arguments. He likes neither verbal or physical fights and avoids them at all costs. Generally when met with some sort of conflict, whether it be an unhappy customer or an angry neighbor he does his best to smile it off. Gifts to appease them, changing the subject, just plain apologizing, whatever it would take to get him out without having to engage in the negativity. He saw far too much of it as a cub and so he refuses to be a part of it now. This has caused several break ups for him as he was not willing to work things out when it came to an argument and would rather just move on and forget it. He prefers the peace which allows him to stay positive. He fears conflict really, fears becoming his parents, fears being alone and feeling hatred in his life. He wants to like people, he wants to be positive, he doesn't want to be negative. He can listen to other animals' negativity and bad situations, he can see it in the world, but Kelor tries desperately to keep it out of his own life.
Kelor is an accepting individual. He knows animals in all walks of life and all species and manages to maintain pleasant contact as well. He's almost too nice as he has been taken advantage of in the past for it. He lacks prejudice or a true belief in social stereotypes as he was taught by his mother to entertain varied crowds. To care and listen. There are some times where he might make an assumption based on a species or other factors but generally these are rooted in personal experience as he aims to defy many standards of society still. He does in fact still live and work in the wild resort district and thrives on it's night life rather than the normal working hours of most areas. A customer is a customer really and as long as they pay and have a good time he has done his job. In his own searches for recognition in his young years he also developed a belief toward everyone having worth which has allowed him to give many chances and become such a social being.
This hyena has seen a little of everything that Zootopia has to offer in his short adult life. His days off are spent with friends or seeing new areas and making new relations. Sitting in one place is hard and the city is vast and holds many more secrets yet to discover. Experience with different locations and groups expands his own social abilities and understanding and he absolutely loves the diversity of his home. But he still returns to his own house willingly, and a steady job, as even he requires some stability. His home is not large, and despite his own attempt at looking exciting it does not. In fact he is a tidy individual, appreciating order in his home and cleanliness. It's simple, it's cozy, and it's just for him. In fact he doesn't invite many over to his residence. Kelor likes his privacy when he wants it and his house is that safe escape. He still greets surprise visits with a smile but he really does get thrown off by such things. His whole life is spent on display and he loves that but even the most social of mammals needs a place of their own.
He surrounds himself with numerous friends and acquaintances in fear of being alone or miserable. He absolutely hates the idea of being isolated or losing all of his social contacts like his mother had. He can manage his life alone, he can be highly independent, but he doesn't want to distance himself from the world. No matter what he says he is also scared of rejection and not meeting expectations. He puts on a smile even when he's upset and he just lets it build up quite often. He's Kelor, he has to be confident, happy, and proud. He can't be hurt by those little things, but he can't help that he is. Eventually it could lead to disaster for him. Putting others first and being happy is great to a point and he just hasn't found his breaking point yet.
As far as talents go Kelor is fast and agile. Extremely coordinated, confident, and creative. He is certainly good at making drinks and adding a flare to his work. In an establishment like where he works you have to be good at those things to stick around. But he is also a talented singer in many ways, a skill which he hasn't fully explored. Singing to entertain on slow nights or at friends' get-togethers hasn't really convinced him of how good he actually could be. He has a talent for dancing and most sorts of movement but doesn't claim it as a talent. He's all for showing off though, but he would rather act than just say he is good at something. For hobbies he likes music for sure, he loves art and experimenting with colors, and he's still a bit into games as well. Traveling and wandering are also big things for him to do. He's good at attracting and keeping attention as well as remembering names and faces. He is observant, he does in fact eavesdrop, and he really doesn't care about getting caught. He does believe in the law and would provide information if he overheard about criminal activity, and there's not much that will sway him from doing so. He has a concern for others that overrides most other parts of his personality. Despite working in a casino resort, he does not like gambling. He also doesn't heavily drink himself. Kelor doesn't need drinks to be crazy, Kelor just is wild by nature. Wild in the least violent way possible.

History
History: Kelor was born as the twin to Torin Rokona, This had a major influence on the rest of his life. Their parents were young and first time parents but they were not poor at it. They were kind individuals and they truly cared for their children. Kel had an easy life for the most part. His parents were performers in Sahara Square and made an alright living at it, the children were never hungry. They always had a home, access to good schooling. Their parents were talented and successful and it made living good for their cubs. But Kelor wasn't satisfied as twins. From a young age he was trying to make himself individual. He wanted to stand out and be noticed, not just one of the twins, and that was a goal from the beginning of his life. To be his own mammal.
Kel definitely succeeded in that mission as even when he was a small cub he stood out. Not nearly as obvious as today, but he did everything a cub could do. Was loud, held his head high and his opinions solid. The young hyena absolutely hated being a twin. Dressed the same as his brother, always mixed up. From early on he tried to spike his mane a little different, even eventually trying to dye his fur himself. Of course it turned out a mess, but he definitely was not mistaken for anyone else now. Academically he was never the excelling type. He was more into running off for adventure and playing games. Sometimes even dangerous little stunts just because he could. He was a daredevil of a child and he has never seemed to grow out of it. He never failed in school but he certainly wasn't recognized for his academic ability.
As a teenager he was trouble. Sneaking into the resorts and casinos just to say he could. Entertaining the guests of the district on the streets for an extra buck. Staying out late, his parents became worried. They were lucky in some aspects as Kelor didn't break too many laws along the way. He picked his friends carefully too and never found himself in the middle of any sort of violence. Nor did he ever have a reason to steal. He'd rather get money for doing crazy things. It was the crazy stunts and the attention seeking that worried the family. He wanted to keep moving, keep busy, especially as his home life hadn't stayed as great as it began.
By the time Kelor and Torin turned twelve their parents' marriage became tense. Every little thing turned into an argument and something that drove them further and further apart. The children in such a situation struggled to keep their parents' attention. Where Torin simply secluded himself, giving up and realizing that he just wasn't going to get their attention, Kelor's grades dropped even further. His attention span shrunk and his behavior became more and more difficult as things got worse. He fought to be noticed at home even more than just when he had a twin to worry about blending with. Sometimes it worked but often it caused even more tension and left a young Kelor quite lost. The parent's separated by the time he was in high school and Kel moved with his mother to a new home while Torin stayed with their father. Visits happened and for a bit the arguing was reduced due to less contact. But for many years the family was torn apart and Kelor lost any bit of stability he had beyond his school friends and the job somebody had seen the teenager as worthy enough to offer. He'd managed to cleanly dye his mane and found himself in a stage where he wore to wild colors, loved his piercings, and was just a crazy teenager. That was all he really was until he was noticed by a representative of the Palm resort and casino he'd made his home in front of for his little street tricks.
The teenage mammal expected to be sent away, but with his talent for capturing the interest of crowds he was offered training for long term work. Legitimate work. At first Kelor wasn't sure he wanted something as normal as a real job but eventually he gave in. With a little encouragement from his mother and his brother. He was taught as a server initially in the restaurant. He had an energy that guests liked, smiles and laughs, a memorable look. He made friends with even some of the other staff. With work to focus on the young hyena began to settle in to the idea of growing up just a little. He didn't need to be insane on the street to make money. His home life got a bit better too as his parents were quite proud of their son for finding something responsible to do with himself outside of school. The work got him in the building to see some of the talent and vacationing stars the resort attracted without having to break rules to do it. And the job meant he could afford to have his fun on days off of school. He could be crazy and get more money than he ever got on the streets. School was never his priority from the beginning either, which had caused a distance between Kelor and Torin. His twin brother, who was much more content with fading into the background, also tried to mend their relationship when he realized that his brother wasn't just foolish and slacking.
He could balance dishes like no other, entertain the guests with a little dance here and a joke there. When he came of age he could swear that the bar manager fought to hire him. It helped his pride quite a bit. He was taught for work at the bar, showing off his coordination and skills readily. He was out of school, he was able to work more hours and do more outside too. He moved out of his mother's home, finding himself a quaint little home in the residential section of Sahara Square. He made friends with his neighbors, even finding himself in good favor of his grumpy feline next door neighbor. The older female hadn't been happy about the crazy mammal next door but Kelor had more respect than any of the neighborhood expected. Why have a party in his home when he could take his friends out? His home was his sanctuary, calm and peaceful where even the attention loving Kelor could have some time without trying to impress anyone. He was always on the move though, visiting other areas of the city frequently and making friends throughout Zootopia. He claimed his goal to just be seeing his home in full, but deep down he didn't like to be stuck.
Today the parents have been working on the differences and trying to figure themselves out. Kelor has at least earned the respect of both parents and even his brother. The twins have realized that they can still be close and do things together without just being the twins. His brother has become his best friend above every other in his large group of friends. He has remained an eccentric personality though, retaining his love for being noticed and recognizable. He keeps in closer contact to his mother than his father but for the most part lives alone. He is not only a flashy bartender but on slower nights is also quite the musical entertainer, having a fairly nice voice to show off. He is best friends with a lion of the same age who works as a server, a rhino from school who went into the police department, and a very ambitious meerkat from his childhood who followed him around in school quite a bit. He made friends with everyone he could in his travels and as few of enemies as was possible. He has yet to settle down in a relationship for a longer amount of time, but he has had many relationships over the years. He has tried a little bit of everything that Zootopia has to offer, while avoiding ever being arrested for his crazy behavior.

Kelor doesn't need drinks to be crazy, Kelor just is wild by nature. Wild in the least violent way possible.
Strengths:
- Extremely social. He can make a conversation out of mostly anything and loves interaction.
- Confident. He believes in himself entirely, and also believes in the abilities of others.
- Thick skinned. Truly embarrassing Kelor, at least getting a visible reaction, is difficult. He is sure of himself and and feels the critical types aren't worth listening to.
- Extremely fast and coordinated, making him good at his job. He's agile and a bit of a show off for it.
- Honest and hard working. He's willing to put the work in to get what he wants. To a point of being stubbornly persistent. This however does not translate to things he doesn't care about.
Weaknesses
- Internalizing his problems, he puts them aside until he's alone and then doesn't know how to cope.
- He can often be seen as too wild and childish, causing some negative reactions.
- Reckless, he will do almost anything often just because he thinks he can without regard to it's potential effects on him.
- Severely outspoken and always has something to say. He will tell you if he doesn't like you, even if he should keep his mouth shut.
- Dependent on other mammals and attention seeking. While he thrives on attention and being around others, he is lost when stuck alone.
Likes:
- Social activity/other mammals
- Showing off and being noticed.
- He's a bit of a daredevil. He will do almost anything. He likes to meet challenges.
- Music and performing. Kelor is actually a fairly talented singer and tends to on slower nights to entertain customers.
Dislikes/Fears:
- He truly fears isolation and loneliness.
- Silence and being alone. It feels empty and sad.
- Does not like extreme weather at all. With the exception of the heat of his home, which is quite comfortable for his species. But rain/snow/storms are no good.
- Anger and conflict. He tries to turn it into humor and gets entirely lost when that doesn't work.
